product experiences—Purist® Nutrition (at puristnutrition.com and across REP’s
supplement category pages) and REP Apparel (across the apparel category on
repfitness.com). You will lead new product introductions (NPI), flavor, color,
and SKU expansions, seasonal apparel drops, and complex multi-brand
projects—driving timelines, coordinating cross-functional partners, and ensuring
every touch point meets brand, regulatory, and performance expectations across
both categories.
This role operates at a higher level of ownership, defining merchandising
strategy, landing page strategy, and optimization roadmaps that grow nutrition
and apparel revenue, repeat purchase rate, sell-through, and brand affinity

supplements, and apparel content standards (sizing, materials, care).

content, launch, and merchandising strategies that scale each brand.

supplement line (protein, hydration, creatine, pre-workout, protein bars) and
the REP Apparel assortment (training, lifestyle, and seasonal collections)—as

categories. Serve as the go-to resource for ingredient and material knowledge,

and integrated marketing campaigns—ensuring alignment with each brand’s business
goals and the broader REP organization.

puristnutrition.com development and presence on repfitness.com—serving as the
Shopify, merchandising, and Subscribe & Save site-experience expert, overseeing
