ROLE: Global Investment Banking - ECM M&A Summer 2027 Internship Crédit Agricole CIB Americas is seeking interns for its Global Investment Banking (GIB) office in New York. Interns will work on live transactions across M&A and Equity Capital Markets (ECM), taking on meaningful responsibilities alongside senior bankers and collaborating daily with sector teams in Paris and coverage teams across the U.S., Europe, and South America. Responsibilities Assist in origination and execution of M&A and ECM transactions across all industry sectors Prepare pitch books covering valuation, financial analysis, equity alternatives, strategic transactions, and capital allocation Support analysts and associates in building financial models Conduct strategic analysis and industry research Build company profiles Draft memoranda, proposals, and other written materials M&A:Cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, restructurings, demergers, and LBOs.
