As a Desktop Support Level 3 professional, you'll be joining a collaborative team of technology experts dedicated to delivering exceptional IT support and service across the organization. Our team is the backbone of the end-user experience, ensuring employees have the tools, technology, and support they need to succeed every day.

Where you come in:
· You will report to the Regional Distribution Center or RDC.
· The position is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
· There is on-call for our Dobson manufacturing site. The on-call is a 2 week rotation with the team.
· Training will be at our Dobson location for 2 weeks before moving to the RDC.
What makes you successful:
· Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks allows you to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· You have experience supporting technology in warehouse and distribution environments, with a strong understanding of shipping and receiving operations and the equipment used to facilitate inventory movement, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
· You possess advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, networking, and enterprise applications.
· You excel at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions.
· You communicate technical information clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· You are confident and professional when enforcing IT policies, security requirements, and support procedures, ensuring employees understand and follow established processes while maintaining a positive customer experience.
· You are knowledgeable and have experience around warehouse environments and tools and equipment.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
