Multi Sport Coach

This position offers on-the-job training, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs. Responsibilities Lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Provide individual attention to help every child succeed and maintain a non-competitive, fun, stress-free environment. Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate progress. Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual; be open to feedback. Ensure reliable transportation to and from coaching sessions. Schedule The majority of classes are held during after-school hours and on weekends. Availability on the following days/times is preferred: Monday-Friday (Times): 3:00-6:00 Weekends: 9:00-12:00 Qualifications Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader). Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development. Comfort with leading children in a group setting and promoting safety. Compensation & Opportunities New Coaches can work 5-10 classes per week and earn from $25/hr up to $40/hr (pending experience and progress in position).
