Research Associate

To support its mission of saving lives and preventing injuries, the full-time remote Research Associate will design and execute research studies, analyze data, and communicate findings to stakeholders while contributing to grant-funded initiatives and ensuring data integrity. Key responsibilities: Design, plan, and execute research studies and program evaluations aligned with organizational priorities Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate statistical techniques Prepare reports and presentations that clearly communicate research findings to internal and external stakeholders Required qualifications: Master's degree in research, public health, sociology, psychology, EHS, or related field with 3+ years of relevant research experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience Familiarity with applied research and evaluation methods Experience using statistical and/or qualitative analysis software Ability to work independently with moderate guidance Strong written and verbal communication skills
