Job Full Description Receiving Clerk Sun Valley, CA Full time - Temp to hire Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5pm $25hr to $26hr depending on experience.

Summary: The Receiving Clerk plays a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of work throughout the shop. This position is responsible for accurately typing and entering incoming orders, supporting customers and delivery drivers, and ensuring all incoming jobs are processed quickly and correctly. This role also provides support to certifications and shipping functions when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist drivers during drop-offs to ensure efficient job intake.
- Type and enter all new incoming orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide quality customer service.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Communicate with customers via email regarding any order discrepancies.
- Typing certifications.
- Creating shipping labels for UPS and FedEx.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to type 55+ WPM accurately.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
