Requirements & Qualifications to Join Our League Masterful Education A master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of the CF fellowship is preferred, but we’re open to supporting an exceptional CF candidate ready to grow into their powers! License to Heal Current or eligible DC licensure Pediatric Passion Experience (or strong interest) in working with school‑aged children in educational settings. Knowledge of IEPs, school collaboration, and classroom‑based service delivery is a major plus! The Students You’ll Support Our SLPs work with amazing children who may have: Speech sound disorders / articulation challenges Language delays (expressive, receptive, or pragmatic) Autism Spectrum Disorder ADHD Global developmental delays Learning disabilities Genetic disorders Down Syndrome Apraxia Literacy challenges Dyslexia Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling during sessions and classroom activities.
