Production Manager

Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to support our Manufacturing & Production operations in Milbank, SD. In this role, you’ll operate and monitor whey processing equipment, follow strict safety and food-quality standards, and help ensure consistent, high-quality dairy ingredients. You’ll perform basic equipment checks and CIP cleaning, document production and quality data, and coordinate with team members to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
