Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and creating customized care strategies

Education Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successfully completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Indiana
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
