Job Overview Per il nostro futuro store di AUGUSTA (SR) , siamo alla ricerca di un/una STORE MANAGER . Cerchiamo un/a candidato/a che attraverso un adeguato percorso di inserimento e formazione giunga a ricoprire pienamente la posizione. Guarderemo con estrema attenzione alle attitudini più che alle capacità consolidate, all' orientamento al team e alla voglia di mettersi in gioco in prima persona, al carattere e alla possibilità di sviluppare un'adeguata leadership e soprattutto alla consapevolezza di guardare al cliente come alla risorsa più importante. Il candidato ideale avrà il presidio completo dei processi gestionali e operativi del punto vendita, volti al miglioramento delle vendite e delle risorse. Raggiungerà gli obiettivi di vendita attraverso lo sviluppo delle risorse, il loro coinvolgimento e creando un clima partecipativo, attraverso la ricerca e proposta di stimoli commerciali e attenzione ai clienti. Responsabilità Pianificare i turni di lavoro del team; Selezionare i profili da inserire presso il punto vendita (commessi/e etc.); Valutare il personale in termini di performance; Analizzare i dati di vendita e intervenire migliorando i risultati; Garantire il rispetto delle procedure; Gestire la cassa (versamenti, rapporti con sede, fondi/cassaforte); Incentivare le vendite; Curare l'immagine e la pulizia del locale; Applicare le iniziative di marketing; Attenzione alla comunicazione al cliente. Durante il periodo di inserimento, la figura selezionata sarà affiancata da uno/a dei nostri Store Manager per imparare a coordinare il punto vendita sin dal primo giorno. I colleghi esperti daranno supporto nello sviluppo e nella gestione delle operazioni di negozio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
