Varighet: ASAP - 12 mnd, gode mulighet for forlengelse Lokasjon: Longyearbyen, Svalbard Beskrivelse av oppdraget Kunde er i rask utvikling som følge av nytt ansvar innen energi og store oppgaver som skal løses innenfor alle av konsernets virksomhetsområder. De nærmeste årene skal selskapet blant annet oppgradere energisystemet i Longyearbyen (inkl. etablere ny energiforsyning) og transformere boligmassen, samtidig som det skal ryddes etter over 100 år med gruvedrift. Stillingen byr på en variert arbeidshverdag og mulighet til å bidra og påvirke viktige beslutningsprosesser for den videre utviklingen av selskapet. Du vil jobbe tett med ledelsen og bli en del av et godt arbeidsmiljø i konsernstaben. Ansvarsområder Levere innsikt til virksomhetsstyringen og selskapets strategiarbeid gjennom analyse og beslutningsunderlag Generell kontrolleraktivitet av økonomiske forhold Bidra til utvikling og oppfølging av rapportering i konsernet, inkl. KPI-oppfølging Bistå med ulike oppgaver knyttet til regnskapsavleggelsen, inkl. videreutvikling av konsernets økonomiprosesser og -system Kvalifikasjoner Høyere utdanning innen økonomi og administrasjon (minimum bachelorgrad) God kompetanse på Excel og øvrige MS Office-applikasjoner (effektiv i ppt, word og evt. powerBI) Erfaring fra arbeid rettet mot ledelse og styre Analytisk og med høy integritet Selvstendig og bidrar til å komme opp med løsninger Samarbeider og kommuniserer godt med andre Fordeler Gode pensjons- og forsikringsordninger Arbeidssted i Longyearbyen, et lite lokalsamfunn i Arktis der kunde i over 100 år har vært en del av byens historie, utvikling og arbeidsliv Subsidisert bolig i Longyearbyen Gode ansattordninger, blant annet mulighet for trening i arbeidstiden, medlemskap på treningssenter og én årlig dekket flyreise til fastlandet i forbindelse med ferie Konkurransedyktig kompensasjon og forsikringsordninger Svært attraktivt velferdstilbud med feriehus og hytter på Hovden, Hemsedal, Geilo, Hafjell, Oppdal, Voss, Vågsli, Sirdal, Gran Canaria og Thailand Bredt utvalg av arrangementer, som konserter og turer til spennende destinasjoner i Norge og utland #J-18808-Ljbffr
