E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting Parts.Cat.Com, Cat Central, and any other E-Commerce platform as needed. This individual will communicate with customers via telephone and electronic channels to support customer requests and troubleshoot issues. The E-Commerce Coordinator will have knowledge and understanding of the client’s business and will implement plans to help the client achieve its goals by appropriately utilizing resources available across the various E-Commerce platforms. Competencies Strong communication skills are required, both verbal and written. Must exhibit strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation necessary for success in this position. Job Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in a related field is preferred. Knowledge of CAT products is strongly preferred. Must have experience and knowledge of operating a computer as well as Microsoft applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically for data analysis. Physical Requirements Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible. Some travel may be required.
