Facility:
This facility is part of one of the largest non-profit, fully integrated healthcare systems in Connecticut, and the sole recipient of the 2025 American Hospital Association Quest for Quality Prize. The system features a robust, multi-disciplinary Geriatrics and Palliative Care team of 20+ providers, supported by advanced technology including EPIC with Dragon, and a comprehensive array of senior care resources to deliver personalized, coordinated patient care.

Physician - Geriatrics

Job Details:

Join a well-established, innovative, and supportive multi-disciplinary Geriatrics and Palliative Care team
Flexible role focused primarily on inpatient geriatric medicine with an ideally integrated palliative care component
Full-time position with weekday-only schedule
Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
Work alongside a team of 20+ Geriatric providers caring for a valued geriatric patient population
Access to robust senior resources supporting personalized and coordinated care delivery
Efficient operations supported by an engaged and experienced support team
Professional development opportunities in leadership, research, and academic teaching
Easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
Utilizes EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers and those new to practice
Continuous development supported through an on-demand learning platform including CME, special courses, and learning series
Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities available in hospital or urgent care settings
