Are you looking to join a company where you'll work with new, top of the line heavy equipment? Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking Manufacturing-Heavy Equipment Processor at our equipment processing center in Decatur, Illinois. Starting rate of pay $20-$23/hour, depending on experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Load and unload construction equipment to/from trailers for receiving or shipment from the yard • Safely operate lift truck, overhead crane, or other material • Drive and operate equipment including backing up, tilting or raising or lowering attachments or other machine movements to facilitate transport • Be able to work outside in all reasonable weather condition • Read and interpret paperwork associated with the shipping/receiving function including but not limited to, bills of lading, shipping orders, manifests, tally sheets or export documentation. • Must have a current driver’s license to drive units from the factory to the yard for storage or distribution WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes • Ability to read and interpret paperwork associated with shipping/receiving function • Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to complete a full workday walking and/or standing in all reasonable weather conditions • Current valid driver’s license WHEN YOU JOIN US At Wallenius Wilhelmsen, we prioritize your well-being.
