Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to outpatient clients


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care


• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans


• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and strategies


• Document patient progress using updated EMR systems


• Participate in departmental orientations and skill assessments

Qualifications

• Current PT license in California


• Current BLS certification from AHA


• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred


• Ability to float between outpatient and inpatient settings as needed


• Strong ability to work with diverse patient populations


• Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
