Solar Electrician

Solar Installer Electrician – responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solar systems in commercial, industrial, and field settings. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panels and equipment. Conduct electrical work, including wiring and connecting solar system components. Install solar combiner boxes, inverters, and switchgear. Complete installations to industry and safety standards. Provide customer service and respond to client questions. Work with the installation team to complete projects efficiently. Verify proper installation and alignment of racking systems for rooftop and ground‑mount arrays, ensuring secure mounting that meets safety standards and maximizes energy efficiency. Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions. Analyze blueprints effectively and apply information to jobsite execution. Work as part of a cohesive team, demonstrating the ability to work without direct supervision. Clean and maintain job site, tools, and vehicles. Maintain compliance with OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer‑specific safety requirements; immediately identify, correct, and report unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents. Actively participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program as appropriate. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Specialized Technical Training. Travel: 50–75% of the time. Work Schedule: 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday (may include nights, weekends, and holidays); flexible schedule required.
