A well-regarded healthcare facility in Salisbury, NC is hiring full-time Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to join its outpatient team.
As a Primary Care Physician, you will:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute conditions
- Conduct detailed patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community wellness programs
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible North Carolina medical license
