The role will collaborate with client team for SAP QM requirements throughout project delivery for end-end implementations from customer workshops, requirements gathering, testing, and enhancements. The role will be a leading expert for SAP QM during project go-lives, ensuring quality and successful delivery is achieved. As a consultant position within the business, the role will provide colleague support, coaching, development and guidance. Seen as a trusted advisor in the team, the role will lead, own requirements for SAP QM system architecture during projects and have the opportunity to learn and work with the latest SAP technology including S/4 HANA. Responsibilities: Act as a key customer representative and subject matter expert for SAP QM and business processes, attending and leading meetings when required. To review the proposed design, build and implement SAP QM customer solutions. To develop a strong understanding of client operations and make suggestions for improvement through the use of SAP QM technology. To advise and explain SAP configuration within the SAP QM modules and the impact of changes upon solutions and/or business process. To complete solution testing and issue resolution, configuration and provide go-live support to customers. Attend and contribute to customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Contribute to the production and completion of blueprint documentation. Independently create well-founded and accurate functional specifications. Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge: We are looking for somebody who is an experienced SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) functional configuration consultant. A business process expert, who can provide sound advice to customers on best practice with SAP QM. Experienced with project workshops, requirements gathering and go-lives, somebody who is comfortable taking a lead role with customers during project delivery and supporting other colleagues. An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships with their colleagues and customers.
