EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or another technical discipline. Active CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification required.

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

At least 5 years of IT project management, PMO support, or IV&V experience for enterprise IT portfolios, including at least 2 years specifically overseeing ServiceNow platform implementations within DoW/DoD or Federal programs. Demonstrated experience implementing/managing projects in ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Agile Development 2.0. Broad technical knowledge of secure Government cloud infrastructure (AWS GovCloud or Microsoft Azure Government) at IL4 or higher, DevSecOps pipelines, and API-driven platform architectures.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE

Additional ServiceNow, Agile, cloud, or DoDM 8140.03-aligned credentials are advantageous where relevant to assigned duties.

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

Technical familiarity with DoD cloud infrastructure at IL4+, DevSecOps pipelines, ServiceNow OOB architecture, sprint metrics, dashboards, RIDAC logs, IMS integration, and cross-vendor technical oversight.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the software development lifecycle, web/database engineering, and modernization of the digital Blue List platform. Provide technical oversight, integration management, and PMO support to the Government IT Program Manager. Use ServiceNow project-management capabilities to monitor schedule, scope, sprint velocity, burn-down, defects, and sustainment ticket performance. Build/maintain dashboards in ServiceNow SPM/ITSM. Review technical submissions and provide independent acceptance/rejection recommendations. Coordinate cross-vendor schedules and dependencies, maintain IMS and RIDAC artifacts in ServiceNow SPM, and deliver executive weekly status briefings and reports.
