The Senior Operations Lead is an experienced hourly leadership position responsible for supporting the execution of food and beverage operations. This role serves as a senior resource for Supervisors and frontline team members, helping to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and consistent execution of Levy standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations in assigned areas, including concessions, premium clubs, suites, catering, or restaurants.
• Ensuring operational readiness before, during, and after events.
• Monitoring service quality, staffing deployment, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensuring Levy hospitality and service standards are consistently executed.
• Providing guidance, coaching, and direction to Supervisors, Leads, and hourly team members.
• Supporting management in communicating operational priorities and expectations.
• Acting as the lead operational contact when managers are engaged elsewhere.
• Responding to guest concerns and assisting with service recovery efforts.
• Reporting operational, guest, or safety concerns to management.
• Assisting with shift planning and labor deployment.
• Completing required operational documentation and event reports.
