And we're just getting started!What We OfferGreat Pay and Benefits - We offer one of the best compensation packages in the industry!Hourly base starting at $18.00/hr. and up to $22.00/hr. based upon skills and experience.Company uniforms and power toolsPaid time offMedical, dental, vision and life insurance options401k with matchAbout the Role• Assist the Lead Installer in installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards. • Help setup jobsites per the Lead Installer's guidelines • Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after the installation is completed. • Apply finish work as needed for every construction application. • Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. • Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion • Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respects install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.What You'll Bring• Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience • 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. • Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members. • Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time. • Must provide own hand tools • DOT Health Card • OSHA 10 – Preferred • OSHA 30 - Preferred • Lift up to 75LBAbout RenuityRenuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint.
