Lead high-impact, data-driven decision-making across the product life cycle by translating complex analytics into clear strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and customer value. This role partners cross-functionally to shape business direction, optimize performance, and ensure insights are consistently leveraged to influence outcomes at scale.
What You'll Do...
- Translate data into actionable insights that inform product life cycle strategies and business priorities
- Lead development and execution of data-driven initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Evaluate performance of programs and continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Drive process standardization, reporting consistency, and operational excellence across teams
- Manage multiple projects, removing barriers, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery against goals

- Strong experience in business analysis, strategy development, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in performance analysis, financial evaluation, and program feasibility assessment

- Demonstrated success developing teams, coaching talent, and driving a high-performance culture
