Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate has a strong background in family law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping attorneys prepare successful cases from intake through trial.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare family law pleadings, discovery, financial disclosures, and settlement documents.
- Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, and trial.
- Organize exhibits, evidence, and trial materials.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court procedures.
- 3+ years of family law paralegal experience.
- Strong knowledge of California family law procedures and court filings.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team.
