Responsibilities
• Perform professional skincare treatments, facials, and advanced esthetic services
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Assist in promoting treatments, memberships, and skincare products
Qualifications
✔ Active Virginia Esthetician License
✔ Experience in facials, chemical peels, and skincare treatments preferred
✔ Excellent communication and consultation skills
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin
