Volunteer Leadership Program for High School Girls (Summer Program)

Volunteer Leadership Coach (High School Girls Summer Program)
Location: Metro Detroit (In-Person)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
We are seeking passionate and committed women to serve as Volunteer Leadership Coaches for a dynamic high school girls program in the Metro Detroit area. Coaches will guide, and inspire young women by sharing their personal and professional experiences while helping participants build confidence, leadership skills, and future goals.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate small group discussions and leadership activities
- Serve as a positive role model
- Support youth development, goal-setting, and skill-building
- Collaborate with program staff and guest speakers
Qualifications:
- Professional, trade, or leadership experience preferred
- Passion for empowering young women
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and committed to scheduled program days
Requirements:
- Must be available in-person Monday–Wednesday, 5:30–8:00 PM
- Must successfully pass background checks
