Quality Control TechnicianOur client, a leading manufacturer of premium fruit juices and dairy products, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment focused on product quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goodsConduct and document scientific tests to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standardsAccurately record data and enter test results using Microsoft Excel and other toolsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and workstationsCommunicate clearly with production and quality teams to flag any concernsFollow all safety and sanitation guidelines in a food-grade manufacturing environmentAssist with additional QA/QC tasks as assignedRequirementsMinimum of 3 months' experience as a Quality Assurance or Quality Control Technician (OR relevant coursework/education in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or biology)Basic lab testing knowledge and a willingness to learn new methodsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookExcellent attention to detail and strong data entry skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervisionBenefits of Working with Express:Medical PlanHoliday Pay (6 Days Observed)401K Retirement Savings PlanReferral BonusTrainingWeekly PayNo Fees to Job Seekers, ever!
