vTech Solution is looking for a bright & dynamic incumbent for the position of Financial Analyst. This is an entry level role, and the incumbent will need to work onsite from vTech Solution DC office.S/he will be responsible for performing various financial and accounting functions to support smooth operation of Accounting Team.

This is an onsite role, hence, local candidates from DC, MD or VA are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting: Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and monthly reconciliations.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial reports, data, and trends to provide insights for management
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company regulations, including tax filings.
• Payroll & Benefits: Manage employee payroll, tax deductions, and benefits tracking
• Checks and bank related activities
• Maintain incoming /outgoing mails and filing of important business documents
• Coordination with internal departments & assist in printing proposals
• Assist with overall office & pantry supplies and ordering it.

Qualifications and skills requirements:

• Education: Associate or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field i.e. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a relative field
• Experience: Usually requires 1- 2 years in a Finance & Accounting role is required.
• High accuracy in entering financial data and managing accounts.
• This role requires an extrovert person who primarily draws energy and satisfaction from interacting with others.
• Interpersonal skills are crucial for this role as these skills involve connecting with others and building positive relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Punctuality, attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in Software: Strong skills in ADP, Microsoft Excel, Ceipal and Unanet.
