Customer Service Associate

Providing high-level customer service, the full-time Customer Service Representative I will assist in resolving customer concerns, manage a complex caseload, and maintain relationships with members and providers while working remotely from home. Key responsibilities Guides customer service representatives in resolving complex issues Acts as a liaison between members and providers to address claims, benefits, and eligibility concerns Investigates and resolves member and provider inquiries while maintaining strong relationships through various communication channels Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required Proficiency in two or more specialties for any one line of business is preferred Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with a high-speed internet connection Strong organizational skills to manage and distribute work effectively
