Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position spans 37.5 hours per week, focusing on serving students at a single school location in the Florissant area. Depending on placement, you may provide services to all age groups or primarily elementary students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current, valid professional SLP license (CF or CCC accepted)
• Strong understanding of IEP development, assessment, and therapeutic intervention in school settings
• Experience with a variety of school-based caseloads preferred
• Ability to pass required fingerprinting and drug screening prior to start
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to individuals and small groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
