Job Title: Lead Installer / Foreman – Exterior Remodeling
Location: West Chester, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30 – $42/hour (based on experience and performance)

SkyView Remodeling is growing and looking for a strong Lead Installer / Foreman to run residential exterior remodeling projects.

We specialize in windows, siding, and doors throughout Chester County. This role is for someone who not only installs at a high level—but can lead a crew, keep jobs running efficiently, and take ownership of daily production.

What This Role Is:

This is a hands-on leadership position.

• Installer: Completes their own work.
• Foreman: Runs the job and leads the crew.
• Project Manager: Oversees the full project.

As a Foreman, you are responsible for how the job performs day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct crews on residential remodeling projects.
• Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain high-quality installation standards.
• Assign tasks and ensure crew productivity.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Communicate daily with Project Manager (progress, issues, needs).
• Solve problems in the field and minimize delays.
• Train and develop less experienced crew members.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in residential remodeling or exterior trades.
• Strong experience with windows, siding, doors, and framing.
• Proven ability (or strong potential) to lead a crew.
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and lifting 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation Growth Structure:

• $40+/hr: Fully owning job production, crew performance, and outcomes.
