As a Licensed Mental Health Professional with CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Our clinicians provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and are committed to our mission of improving mental health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health services to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify patient needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient treatment and progress

• Participate in regular team meetings and staff development activities

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in mental health care

Requirements:

• Licensed in the state of New York as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mental health care

• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong clinical and theoretical foundations in evidence-based practices
