Manager, Data Analytics

Responsibilities Support strategic initiatives across Gartner Services & Delivery team Own defined project workstreams or components of larger programs, from planning through execution Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and surface insights about the initiatives Build presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations Document current-state processes and help identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness Support execution by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes against defined success metrics Coordinate with internal teams to support program activities Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required / Master’s Degree preferred 3 + years of professional experience in related roles Client-facing experience (Service/Sales) is strongly preferred. Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights. Strong project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize workloads Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; experience creating and delivering effective presentations to multiple levels of staff, up to and including the executive level.
