Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth for the new school year beginning in August. This full-time role is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), with a second opening available either for a licensed SLP or SLPA. You will work with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing essential speech and language services to approximately 70 students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree and ASHA CCC for SLPs; or completion of an accredited SLPA program for SLPAs
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP or SLPA
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfort and flexibility in working with a wide range of grade levels (K-12)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with families and education teams
• Ability to manage caseload, documentation, and compliance with IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes for each student on caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide support and education to teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
• Design engaging activities tailored to each student’s needs, fostering communication and language development
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive environment
