Payroll Auditor

Responsibilities Maintain driver information. Receive, calculate and enter timecards/sheets information in the system. Review checks for accuracy and correctness. Ensure the data flows over from payroll or settlement system. Audit driver payroll. Mail or overnight checks to associates. Respond to inquiries, set up and monitor deductions. Monitor general ledger as it relates to driver payroll and settlements. Process manual checks as required. Audit and send out W2s annually. Maintain the Attendance Controller. Qualifications High School graduate or GED equivalent. Payroll experience preferred. Familiarity with ADP payroll software and multistate payroll helpful. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. High attention to detail. General office skills; computer data entry, familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing software, typing, filing, calculator. This position is in office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
