Evaluations/assessments and treatments are provided in accordance with the physicians Plan of Care, company policies and professional standards of practice to improve the quality of life./ppPositions Available:/pulliPart-Time: Minimum 10 billable hours per pay period (2 weeks); Benefits: Malpractice/Liability Insurance, Continuing Education./liliFee-For-Service (1099): Minimum 6 billable hours per pay period (2 weeks); Benefits: Continuing Education./li/ulpTechnical/Professional Skills:/pulliCurrent knowledge of principles and practice of occupational therapy./liliKnowledge of client teaching techniques./liliKnowledge of home care industry (preferred)./liliKnowledge of pediatric occupational therapy (preferred)./li/ulpJob Duties:/pulliPerform occupational therapy evaluations/assessments and treatments under the direction of the physician./liliAssess the function and effectiveness of the Plan of Care and contact the physician to modify the plan as necessary./liliMaintain and update client clinical records as required to assure compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations and professional standards of practice./liliProvide case coordination by communicating with team members both verbally and in writing to ensure quality of care and client satisfaction./liliParticipate in meetings, care conferences and education to ensure quality of care./li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliA person who is licensed as an Occupational Therapist under the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act (225 ILCS 75)./liliIllinois Early Intervention Occupational Therapy Credential./liliICG will assist non-credentialed therapists in obtaining their Illinois Early Intervention Occupational Therapy Credential./li/ul/div
