Treasury Analyst

• *This is a 6-month contract role with high likelihood of extension/conversion.**
• *This is a hybrid 4 days onsite role in Boston.**

Our client, one of the most prominent private equity firms based in the Boston area, is searching for a technical Treasury Business Analyst at their office in Boston. This person will be a needed asset to provide both application/production support for the team as well as functioning a BA to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. As a Treasury Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting Treasury and Accounting systems, supporting critical platforms while driving transformative initiatives that will define financial operations. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring smooth application support and spearheading AI-enabled process improvements that deliver real impact. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience supporting Treasury or Accounting technology platforms Proven expertise with SWIFT, SFTP, Banking APIs, Bank Portals , and in-house integrations Strong stakeholder management across business, operations, vendors, and IT teams Skilled in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Process Optimization Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems like FIS Integrity, Kyriba , or similar Experience with Financial Data Integration Platforms Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and AI Agents preferred Nice to Have Skills: Experience supporting Treasury, Payments, Cash Management, FX, and General Ledger operations Background supporting or integrating with financial APIs and banking portals Experience leading AI-enabled process innovation projects in finance Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr TPA technologies
