Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician Location: Phoenix, AZ, #N/A, US. Office located at 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103 Tempe, AZ 85282. The role requires travel across the greater Phoenix area. Compensation: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour. Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday. Hours may vary between 5 am–4 pm with some rotation of on‑call shifts, nights, and weekends. Job Type: Permanent. Requirements Must be 18 years old. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check. Must speak English. Must have your own tool kit. Pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Five or more years of experience preferred. Job Duties Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for rooftop units, humidifiers, packaged air conditioners, refrigerated air dryers, and control systems. Work with chillers, cooling towers, hot water/steam boilers, condensers/chilled water pumps and exhaust fans on a regular basis. Handle variable frequency drives, computer room AC equipment, air handling/fan coil units, and air compressors. Install commercial HVAC units. Responsible for teaching apprentices.
