Places You’ll Go Therapy (PYG Therapy) is looking for compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to help children build communication skills and reach their potential through pediatric therapy in their natural environment throughout Arizona.

Our dedicated scheduling team helps build and maintain your caseload so you can focus on working with children and families.

1099 Independent Contractor: $55–$82 per hour

• Minimum of 8 sessions per week

• Consistent weekly scheduling

• Dedicated assistance with building and maintaining your caseload

Part-Time W-2: $46–$59 per hour

• Minimum of 12 sessions per week

• Consistent weekly schedule based on agreed-upon availability

• Paid time off/paid sick leave (PTO/PSL)

Full-Time W-2: $46–$59 per hour

• Minimum of 25 sessions per week

• Consistent weekly schedule based on agreed-upon availability

• Reimbursement for professional license, CPR certification, Article 9 certification, and fingerprint clearance card

• $250 annual CEU reimbursement

• $100 annual toy and therapy equipment reimbursement

Benefits and reimbursements are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and company policies.

• Provide pediatric speech and language therapy under the direction of a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities.

• Help children develop communication, language, and speech skills.

• Document sessions and patient progress accurately and within required timelines.

• Communicate with supervising SLPs and other members of the care team.

• Provide families and caregivers with strategies to support progress between sessions.

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.

• Current CPR certification.

• Article 9 certification, as required.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Pediatric or home-based therapy experience preferred, but not required.

Position details: Contract, Part-Time, or Full-Time | Arizona | Pediatric therapy in the child’s natural environment.
