Foreman- Water/wastewater Construction (PR/602437) Houston, Texas Salary: USD70000 - USD80000 per year Our client is seeking an experienced Foreman to join its growing team in Houston. This position focuses on the construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, lift stations, pump stations, underground utilities, and related civil construction work. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations and lead craft personnel on water/wastewater projects Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and quality control Conduct daily planning meetings and communicate project goals to crews Track production and provide progress updates to project management Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward Maintain compliance with company and client safety requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Foreman in heavy civil, utility, or water/wastewater construction Experience leading crews on treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, or underground utility projects Strong understanding of civil construction methods, equipment, and site operations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship What’s Offered Competitive compensation Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Long-term career growth opportunities Stable backlog of water and wastewater projects throughout the Houston area #J-18808-Ljbffr Lvi-Associates
