As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our patient experience — helping keep the office running smoothly while supporting patients throughout their care. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and eager to learn.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:
 Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
 Assisting the doctor with patient flow and therapies
 Scheduling appointments and managing check-in/checkout
 Maintaining a clean, organized treatment area
 Answering phones, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting daily office
operations

 Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
 Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented
 Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
 Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’re
happy to train the right person
