Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6+ Months Domain: Higher Education / Education Technology Pay Rate: $26/hr (W2) Application Deadline: 24th July 2026 POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Analyst / Computer Services Consultant to provide onsite Tier 1 desktop and end-user technical support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues while supporting hybrid meetings and conference room A/V technology. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide onsite Tier 1 desktop and end-user technical support Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, hardware, software, and peripheral issues Triage, document, track, and resolve support tickets using IT ticketing systems Manage user accounts, permissions, shared resources, and basic access issues Support conference rooms, hybrid meetings, A/V equipment, microphones, displays, and related technology Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow established support procedures Communicate effectively with end users and technical teams Provide occasional evening and weekend support for meetings, events, and business needs EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 1–3+ years of desktop support, help desk, or end-user technical support experience BENEFITS Medical Dental Vision 401(k) EEOC COMPLIANCE We are an equal opportunity employer.
