Job Details:

• Full-time coverage needed with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per week
• At least two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of the assignment; after three months, client may honor every other week schedule
• Shifts available in 8, 10, and 12-hour increments; schedule options include 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Supervised practice model within a tertiary, Level III hospital facility
• Care Team Model 4:1 with 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department support for room turnover and supplies
• Patient population ages 12 and older
• CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals
• Beeper call available on some Saturdays (12-hour, not required) and weeknights (8-hour); occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends considered but not required
• EMR system: Epic
• Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be considered
• Minnesota is not a compact state; MN Board of Nursing licensure required for both RN and Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required upon hire
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Skills checklist required at time of submission
