Job Details:

• Full-time coverage needed with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per week
• Two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of assignment
• Shift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules ranging from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:00 PM
• Beeper call available on some Saturdays (12 hours) and weeknights (8 hours) - not required
• Occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends available but not required
• Supervised practice model within a tertiary care hospital setting
• Care Team Model with 4:1 support ratio and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department for room turnover and supply management
• Patient population ages 12 and older
• EMR system: Epic
• CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals
• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience required
• Active Minnesota Board of Nursing licensure required as both a Licensed Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• ACLS and BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required upon hire
• Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be considered
• Minnesota is not a compact state
• Skills checklist required at time of submission
