Infusion Onc - Oncology RN Medical Oncology and Hematology Start date:3-4 weeks based on compliance tier, biweekly starts Years of experience REQ: Two years of infusion experience required. Oncology certified preferred. First-timers accepted: yes Weekend REQ: Every other Certs REQ: BLS required Certs preferred: Chemo (ONS/ONCC) and OCN Is on-call REQ? N Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes within service line and scope. Open to accommodating block schedule? N Locals accepted: N What is the local radius rule? 75 miles Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: 7 days within 13 week contract Fast track area with 4 chairs and nurses in this area perform the following: port draws, injections, dressing changes, quick assessments, EKGs etc. infusion center with 32 chairs: blood administration, chemotherapy, IV fluids, immunotherapy etc. Depending on experience- this nurse may strictly be assigned to the fast track area for this assignment. If strong oncology background, may use them in the infusion room as well.
