Program Analyst (Corpit)Bowhead is seeking an Program Analyst in Dahlgren, VA. The role involves working with a team to manage data warehousing, data analysis, system development, training, and customer support. Responsibilities include developing data structures and tables, validating data, and creating documentation, as well as generating online query and report specifications, database load specifications, and data validation specifications. They will also need to investigate issues, conduct product analysis, and resolve problems.Qualifications:High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree highly desiredFive (5+) or more years of relevant experienceStrong analytical skills in relational database management systems and data warehousingProficiency in using Cognos Tool Suite for generating dashboards and reportsExperience in writing and analyzing structured query language (SQL) queriesKnowledge and experience in mathematical reasoning, as well as excellent oral and written communication abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a teamExperience with security assessment tools such as NessusExperience with security control implementation and testingStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentDesired capabilities:Knowledge of analytical tools and evaluation techniquesKnowledge of government accounting (highly desired: DOD Accounting)Targeted salary range is $80,000 to $90,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
