Recruiter

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for our manufacturing operations. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, interview, and hire top talent across production, maintenance, and transportation. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish , has experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Recruit for hourly and salaried positions, including production, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, and administrative roles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, community outreach, and networking events. Conduct phone screens and interviews in both English and Spanish. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain relationships with local schools, trade programs, workforce development organizations, and community groups to create talent pipelines. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and hiring events. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership regarding hiring activity and market trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, or distribution environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required. Experience with full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and professional positions. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
