England Location: Plainfield, IN, 46168 Payment: $90,792 - $116,168 per week Schedule: Full Workplace: Onsite The Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay with C.R. England. Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance with state and local laws and with C.R. England policies. Mentors are paid for all miles and earn additional Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives. Valid CDL-A and 6+ months recent tractor‑trailer experience, 25 years of age or older. Delivery to the 48 lower states. Handles no‑touch freight (primarily refrigerated goods and some dry freight). Home weekly opportunity. Paid for all miles. Mentor and Network Bonuses, Safety Bonus Incentives. Top‑of‑the‑line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53‑ft dry van trailers. Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL. 25 years of age or older. 6+ months current CDL‑A driving experience. Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life and AD&D insurance; PTO; 401(k).
