In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across core accounting functions while working closely with our Accounting Supervisor and cross-functional partners in Sales. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to build a strong foundation in AP/AR, month-end close, and business partnering. Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, matching, and payment runs Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections follow-up Prepare and post month-end journal entries as part of the close process Assist with account reconciliations and supporting schedules Help with ad hoc projects and reporting requests from the Sales team Support Accounting Supervisor on special projects, process improvements, and audit requests Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Basic understanding of AP/AR processes and general ledger concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP a plus) Experience with accounting software (e.g., Great Plains) a plus, but not required Specialized Knowledge & Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset Pay Range: $57,000 – $67,000 annually, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
