Job Title: Production Worker
Responsibilities

• Assemble flooring and drop ceiling product components using hand tools and a tape measure while following written work instructions.
• Learn and maintain working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Ceiling Grid department.
• Position parts correctly and monitor equipment operations to produce product at established production standards.
• Inspect panels and parts to verify they meet specifications and quality standards, and notify appropriate personnel when issues arise.
• Complete production reporting and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Use banding equipment and hand-jacks to move, secure, and store product and materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices to keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all established safety procedures and comply with policies, procedures, and work instructions, including the Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOPs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and Safety Manual.
• Maintain awareness of how your work contributes to quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance goals.
• Report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in training to operate machinery such as table saws and other equipment as needed for production.
• Work both independently and as part of a small team to meet production targets and support department goals.

Shift
1st shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:20 p.m.) with typical overtime of 1-2 hours per day.
2nd shift (2:00 p.m. - 10:20 p.m.), with typical overtime of 1-2 hours per day.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Lion, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.35/hr.
