We offer a commission-based pay structure for full grooms , allowing you to maximize your income based on your productivity and expertise. You'll also receive an hourly rate for other SPAW services , creating multiple income streams.

Earning potential: Successful groomers can earn $50,000+ annually, with higher earning potential based on productivity and client retention.

Your Day

As a Pet Groomer, you'll provide high-quality grooming services while ensuring every pet's comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full grooms, baths, nail trims, and other grooming services
• Ensure pets are handled safely, calmly, and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming area
• Communicate clearly with the Client Services Team and Pet Care Manager regarding pet needs and care notes
• Accurately document grooming details and observations

You'll be supported by our Pet Care Technicians and Client Service Specialists , so you can focus on delivering exceptional grooming services.

Your Schedule

• Typically, five shifts per week (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Schedule may vary based on business needs
• Weekend availability required

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional grooming experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
