At Verdantas, your career goes beyond the expected, and your work helps build a better world.Ready to shape the future of resilient communities?ResponsibilitiesConduct and lead field investigations, engineering analyses, calculations, and recommendations.Manage geotechnical explorations and investigations, including soils/materials testing and lab quality maintenance.Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and plan subsurface investigation programs.Review construction drawings for compliance with plans and specifications.Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project progress evaluations.Research and resolve design and construction challenges.Review and evaluate laboratory or field data for inclusion in reports.Communicate complex engineering issues and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineeringPreference is given to candidates with a graduate degree and 10 or more years of geotechnical engineering experienceA Professional Engineering license is requiredDiverse experience with a focus on problem-solving and diverse geotechnical analyses and challengesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated, self-starter with the desire to learn quickly and succeed professionallyWillingness to travel to projectsMust possess a valid driver's licenseMust be a US Citizen or permanent residentSalary Range:Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications of the candidate as it relates to the position descriptionBenefits:Flexible Work EnvironmentPaid Parental LeaveMedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off + HolidaysVerdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
